Actually Sharon Moreno was posting in the comments on the WaPo site under her own name. I saw at least 5 or 6 posts appear briefly and then get mysteriously deleted, including one that I made. The disappearing posts weren't offensive but they did put William in a bad light.

So I absolutely think Sharon was monitoring the site and reporting any posts she didn't like. How big a deal it is to her is anyone's guess though.

I doubt very much that he preserved his appellate rights at trial. That has to be carefully done, or any exceptions to the Court's rulings are waived. He can note an appeal, and file a petition for appeal, but almost certainly that won't go anywhere. Note also that the judgment against him is enforceable notwithstanding the appeal, so the Morenos can start collection actions, for whatever that would do, right away.

I had to Google what a writ of certiorari was and to be honest I'm still not completely certain what it is for outside of supreme court cases, are they filing one so that if he tries to file an appeal in a lesser court they would have to retry it in the same court he was originally found guilty in?

That's nonsense. The Morenos would file for a writ of certiorari if they LOST, and only if they lost in the VA Supreme Court after an appeal. A writ takes your case from a state supreme court to the US Supreme Court (or from a federal Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court). Very, very few of those are granted.

I'm not surprised at the verdict. Eesh trolled himself.

On a serious note it would appear to be dischargeable in bankrupcy. Very few civil judgment debts are not.

When I went through a divorce and bankruptcy in 2016 after I found out my wife was a whore I was able to get a high interest credit card and a used car loan 3 months after the bankruptcy. I rented a room in a friends basement for a couple years and saved up a shitload of money. By 2018 Suntrust mortgage gave me a loan and I bought a decent townhouse. Last month I re-financed and got a much lower interest rate. By 2023 my credit score will be in the mid 700s.
I guess the one advantage I had over eesh is that during this time I had a income of 80k a year. Eesh is probably better off now than he was before the bankruptcy as he was able to discharge all his debt except for his student loans.

2. He doesn't have and cannot get a job so he can't save
3. He's behind on all of his credit repair accounts
4. Credit score is barely scarping 500
