Pimmit Hills is a blue-collar neighborhood located on the east side of Route 7 in the northern part of Falls Church. It lies within an unincorporated area of Fairfax County and is technically not part of the City of Falls Church; however, residents have a Falls Church address and zip-code (22043).

Pimmit Hills is normally included as part of the larger Tysons Corner neighborhood of Northern Virginia owing to it's proximity of the Route 7/Route 123 interchange. The neighborhood was first developed in the 1940's and mainly consists of small single-family ranch-style homes, built on lots that are notably larger than many properties seen in the Tysons Corner area.

Recently, this unique aspect has changed as a remarkable number of homeowners have upgraded these homes with larger additions. This neighborhood is bounded on the east by the Dulles Toll Road, Route 7 to the west, Pimmit Drive to the south, and Magarity Road to the north forming a boundary with McLean. It also is directly adjacent to the Tysons Station Shopping Center. Griffith Road in Pimmit Hills is the only street to directly traverse the entire neighborhood north to south without turning, and it is served by a Fairfax Connector bus route.
