Little River Hills is a neighborhood located in the City of Fairfax, off of Main Street. An entrance to Daniel's Run Park is located within the neighborhood. It is only a few minutes away from Old Town Fairfax City, as well as Fair Lakes Mall.

Children living in the neighborhood attend Daniel's Run Elementary School, Lanier Middle School, and Fairfax High School. Daniel's Run was recently renovated, and Fairfax High is currently undergoing renovations. Lanier Middle School is scheduled for renovations soon.
W. T. Woodson High School is also nearby.
