Large two-building expo center in Chantilly near the post office.

Hosts The Computer Show and Sale and Sale of the Century among many other less-advertised events.

The two buildings that make up the "Expo Center" were originally a Pace Membership Warehouse (wholesale club) and Builders Square hardware store. KMart which owned Pace and Builders Square closed the stores in the early 90's and the buildings remained vacent for some time. Hub Expo Centers, Inc. sublet the property from KMart and opened it as the Capital Expo Center in 1995.

The name of the expo center changed in 2002 when KMart was allowed to cancel its long term lease of the property when Kmart filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The rights to property reverted back to the owners, Pence-Friedel Developers of McLean, Virginia. Pence-Friedel hired a management company to continue to operate an expo center on the site and changed the name to Dulles Expo & Conference Center as the original name was retained by Hub Expo Centers.
