I like jaxx, it's just comes off dirty because places like that get worn fast and have no incentive to renovate every year. The staff was always nice to me, it's impossible to get closer to a band in this area during a show without being on stage, and the sound system and bar are decent. You can't expect 9:30 club quality (which, for what it's worth, is crappy for the level of venue 9:30 is).

I used the school sec guys all the time, but never INSIDE. That was the resource officer's turf during the daytime. I once had a school security guy question why I was at mcdonalds (he had followed me from oakton high).
