This sucks, I just heard back from the body shop and there is a decent chance they are going to declare my wife's Mecedes totaled. It is still prefectly driveable maybe I can take the insurance payout for the totaled car and get a no name shop to Bondo it up for me for a hundred bucks.

Pam, Now that is kind of insensitive. I am sure Freda's co-workers in the meat department are just as upset as you are.

My 97 Subaru is before they started putting the 2.5L engine into the imprezas, it only has a 2.2. Other than that there isn't anything wrong with it, it just isn't quite as quick as it used to be, it could use some shocks and struts, keeps getting dings in the Dulles parkign lot etc... With a car that tops out at 2K in the KBB it just isn't worth fixing those things. Another year or two, and h

97 Subaru Impreza-- love it, but it is slowly turning into a POS. 04 Ranger-- gotta have something to haul plywood and mulch in. 93 Mercedes 300E (only 76K on the odo)-- My wife's car that some asshat driving a Navigator managed to rear end in stop and go traffic last week. Hopefully it will come back from the body shop looking ok.

My personal favorite is in the Tyson's area Aline Ave -- Old Courthouse Rd -- Gosnell Rd -- West Park Dr -- Galleria Dr The total length of these roads is just over 3.5 miles, and makes 3/4 of a circle around Tyson's 2.

Although it is still a crime to pay for PB&Js, the Big Jack's PB&J at Potbelly is a good dessert / drunk food.

I like to pull this one out " * Fairfax County has more residents than seven states: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming. (Fairfax County Department of Systems Management for Human Services, 2004) " When out of area friends give me shit for living all the way out by the Vienna metro.

Wow, that is ridiculous. I thought my HOA was bad for requiring me to paint my door the exact shade of the exact brand of paint that it is now. One pink flamingo, I am going to stop complaining about my HOA, apparently they are saints.

I have heard from people in similiar situations that if the cop was not in a position to see your light, that these are usually dropped in court.

I went to the NRA Range http://www.nrahq.org/shootingrange/nrahqrange/ for the first time last night. The Range itself is as clean and high tech as they come. There was very little problems with smoke or the sweet sweet taste of lead; even when 8 of the 12 lanes were in use. The Range Officers are also open and helpful, especially when compared to the attitude of some of the people that work a

When interviewing directly out of VT; I found that having superviser and manager titles from food service on my resume didn't help me get any interviews (the hard part), but did help me come up with good life experiences to answer the interview questions. After being at my first after college job for 18 months it didn't matter what was on my resume prior to that (including what school I went to

Great info, I was intending to ask about places to buy guns in the area after my first trip to Blue Ridge Arsenal to play with my Kel-Tec P11 http://www.kel-tec.com/prod01.htm. Clark Bros looks like just the place to look for a decent used pistol and the have a nice and short 2 hour concealed weapon course. Definetly worth the drive to avoid the 8-12 hour courses offered at the ranges in this a
