The problems with your cover-up theory are: Iran attacking U.S. drones could be just as positive for Obama as negative. Romney said that he completely agreed with Obama's drone policy. Americans would always be much more concerned about the people affected by the hurricane than whether an unmanned drone was "shot at" (i.e., not hit, not damaged, returned unscathed to base).

I've done both. The problem with working 80 hour weeks for a significantly larger amount of money is that you can really only do that for so long before it starts taking a toll. Its not just what you would call the "quality of life" thing, but it really can take a toll on your social life, your family life and most importantly, on your health. If you're working 80 hour weeks, something has to g

What's funny is that the votes are still being counted for the election and we haven't even begun to count all the provisional ballots yet. Karl Rove has always had no qualms about exposing CIA operatives for political gain. Based on his performance during election night on Fox News, I'm now pretty sure that he's the one who has been pushing the Benghazigate idea as much as anyone else. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plame_affair_criminal_investigation

News Dawg, I am saying the opposite. What happened on 11/1/2012 was that planes fired on a drone (and didn't actually shoot it down). A year ago, they actually shot one down and it barely made a ripple in the news -- Americans didn't give a shit. We used to have humans flying spy plane missions over hostile territory. Then we retired the U2 and SR71 for the most part and simply relied on satelli

One of the most interesting things about election night to me was that Romney told reporters around 7 p.m. that he had written a victory speech but had not written a concession speech. This is really one of the best indications that we dodged a bullet in a microcosm. Its kind of like George W. Bush starting wars without an exit strategy.

Iran already shot down a drone. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/dec/04/iran-shoots-down-us-drone http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/06/world/meast/us-iran-drone/index.html If we're talking about an act of war, then it happened a year ago.

@ricky rack I know you have just looked at the stock market for the first time in a number of months -- or perhaps since you saw a headline about another major drop, but you need to understand that stock markets are global entities. The market had already built in its prices for either a Romney or an Obama administration. Smart investors are poll readers and I'm sure they knew the re-election

What's going on in the markets for the past two days has less to do with the U.S. and has everything to do with Europe. Europe fears have been dragging down the world economy for the past 2 years more than anything else. The most interesting thing to watch after an election is how the losing party interprets the reasons for the loss and how it responds. So far things are not looking good for the reality-challenged if this post is any indication: They Allowed Democrats To Pick Their Nominee For Them. A succession of potential Republican nominees -– Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich –-

Its not worth reading, but it is funny that the whole phenomenon of "Unskewed Polls" existed in the first place. http://www.examiner.com/article/do-you-still-think-the-polls-were-skewed?cid=db_articles

I think I can sum it up much more simply... You have one party that is becoming way too ideological -- the Republican Party and you have another party that is focusing on the practical -- the Democratic Party. The reason why the Republican Party lost is that it has a base that is living in an ideological fantasy land like Republican Jesus above -- trying to label people as conservatives and lib

You know where he was going and I agree with him that it was good to see Christie and Obama come together after the storm. That's the way things should be. We are all Americans. It was inspiring to see a Democrat and Repub
