Take it to the Burger King in Manassas on Saturday (through October). There's usually show cars of all types; take it there and put a "For Sale" sign in the window. Here's a cut-and-paste I took from the internet about it. Cruise Night Manassas, VA - Rt. 234 Bypass/Rt. 28 - Burger King at 10991 Nokesville Rd every Saturday night from March through October (weather permitting) from around 4 to 1

What are you talking about? It's only Fairfax locally who has gotten rid of it, unless that's changed recently.

The thing is, the old lady is hoping her sons (one lives two homes down from hers) will help her rebuild it. Others are trying to convince her just to sell.

Maybe a little insurance money will sweeten the deal?? I am friends with the older gentleman who lives 3 houses away from the house that was on fire. Apparently the home was NOT insured.

And why did only Fairfax County do this and not the entire state? I'm pretty sure VA Beach did it first and didn't have a significant drop in tax collections so Fairfax figured 'why not.' I personally think it was an easy way for Connolly to try and get some positive PR when it came to taxes, in the face of consistently (at the time) rising county taxes.

The tailor across from the Giant in University Mall is wonderful. She altered a bridesmaid dress and replaced a zipper in a skirt for me. No problems whatsoever.

The entire police department has been given a copy of the notarized letter from our Community Association advising them that they have the right to enforce the law to the full extent inside our community as they do outside. This includes not only traffic violations, but any and all crimes... In addition, we have lamanated this letter and provided a copy to all residents in our community, so tha

Your knowledge of facts are wrong my friend. I live in a community that is nothing but "private" streets". Our association has authorized the police department to enforce the law to the full extent; which includes speeding, running stop signs. loitering etc. He's right except in instances such as yours. If some doofus runs a stop sign in a private parking lot and hits your car, the police won't

I LOVE Bugsys! The guy at the front, kinda looks like a bigger version of Chris Farley, kinda scares me though. Haha! My BF and I refer to him as the "Creepy Jeff Daniels guy." It is definitely a dude. There's a woman there with red hair...maybe that's the woman 'wrinkle' is referring to? She doesn't look like Chris Farley though. Also, you have to go light on your sodas, they will only give yo

Once in a while I see a FFX Co Police truck or other truck go around and take down signs. Exactly, that's why I mentioned the sheriff's office, but that's it. You don't see any other county trucks taking down signs because it's in the state right of way.

Herrity has one on Fairfax Parkway that blocks the view when you are turning left. It is the biggest sign for a politician I have ever seen. I guess him getting elected is much more important than someone getting t-boned because they cant see oncoming traffic. Where? I'm sure if you called his campaign office, he'd have it moved. If you're not so inclined, just call VDOT's maintenance number an

There is/was a lawsuit against the county recently (it may have been settled by now, I saw the paperwork when it was still underway about 2 months ago) for a woman who tripped on an upturned manhole cover owned by the ffx co dpwes and if I recall correctly, broke her wrist and dislocated her shoulder. When I saw the court paperwork, it looked like she would be getting her medical bills paid. I c
