A PNC bank is in the works for that space in the lot and has been for awhile now. It's taking awhile for PNC to go in because it's having problems getting approval from the county for its entrance sign. I believe the other poster is right that the same company owned both Tia's and Rio Grande cafe.

Problem is, it's not "just a few" dumbfucks. That Maryland drivers are the worst offenders on VA roads is becoming more apparent daily. That said, oddly enough, on the rare occasions I have to drive into MD, I've noted some of the worst offenders in MD seem to be VA drivers.
