Well, this totally didn't work at the Mcdonalds on Jermantown. But I'm not surprised. It has to be one of the most backasswards McD's on the planet. And i've been to quite a few overseas (which are actually quite nice comparatively. I'm sure international McD workers coming to the U.S. for the olympics were like wtf?!). No, i totally agree with what you posted. I think that it could be geared to be more specific to this site's demographic. I'm thinking it's the old chicken before the egg thing. Like content is needed to attract ppl but ppl create the content. But I think you're right that it's a work in progress and thinking on the navigational structure and whatnot, like you've described, is a good plan.
