Think of how much more revenue they get now compared to a few years ago, what with property taxes sky-rocketing. It's turned into a game of "how can we spend it?" A good start would be paying these teachers and civil servants a decent wage so they can afford these expensive homes.

I agree, penderbrook is your best bet. They're very close to the hospital, and usually much cheaper than other condos in the area. Parking there sucks though, but Stonecroft condos are shitholes.
