What i've noticed is the trolling comes and goes in cycles. Although as the years pass the peaks (high points/occurances) of trolling last longer and longer and the vallys (low points/occurances) are shorter and shorter.

I don't doubt that innocent people have been wrongly executed and think its overused. However, there is nothing wrong with capital punishment when it comes to dispatching evil pricks like Timothy McVeigh. Thats because most vets are assholes. My g/f worked for a few vets and kept quitting because of the unethical treatment. She said when animals were in there for surgery and under ansthesia the vet techs routinely carelessly plop them down on the tables and into cages as though they were dead.
