Turkey (which I brined), stuffing with fresh herbs and chestnuts, yams, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, rosemary brussel sprouts, asparagus, and french silk pie. All homemade. And since it was for two people, we have about 2 weeks worth of leftovers.
Even better? I threw some herbs and roasted root veggies into a stock pot with the carcass and let it simmer all night. Tomorrow I make soup
