One of my buddy had his trial yesterday and he told me that his license got suspended for up to 30 days starting from yesterday. Has anyone ever had this kind of experience and if you did, what does he have to do in order to get it back from DMV? He told me that the judge told him that he could pick it up after the 30-day suspension period is over at DMV.

One of the person I know was charged with 72 / 45 MPH Speed Limit Zone on Route 7 couple days ago by Officer G T Little of FCPD. The person told me that when he searched through the Fairfax County General District Court Case Information website, he found the same cop as complainant with same charge of different person. The person who got charged with same charge (72 / 45 MPH Limit) was speeding.
