Used to having the Fairfax County Police Scanner offline for periods of time, but was surprised in the last hour that Fairfax County Fire Rescue is now Offline. Anyone else having the same problem or know what/why they are off line? 6X? Thanks in advance.

Sitting here with the scanner on. This has to be have going on for almost an hour. I thought murder suspect with all the scanner activity...only recently heard about a bull. No idea where it came from. They just let a vet into the closed roads. Wish it was bull shit. Can't wait to hear the ending. They continue to talk about the "power line cut", that is where the bull is as I type.

No way. Tried a quick look and it comes up seatlle (sp?) wash. Did not show up on ebay when I searched. Late for me and I may be missing something. Think it is someone who has just built it and looking for a easy half million. You can buy so much more with that kind of money. Just my opinion. I could live on a houseboat...just not for that price :)

Did see a post in the last few weeks re why the Fairfax County Police Scanner has been offline (sometimes Fire and Rescue too). Did a search, but I am coming up empty handed finding the thread. Anyone know why the scanners have been off line lately? Again, sorry if there is a thread on this, but does not come up on a search. Thanks for your help/info.
