TJ should consider becoming transgender. He can be transferred to the female section of the jail, and down the road when he is sentenced to 30+ years in prison, he can be sent to the womens' prison in Fluvanna. It looks like the jail in Rockingham issues tablets for inmates if they pay a fee. Since TJ is thoroughly indigent, I don't see him being able to gain access to a tablet. Even if TJ were issued a tablet, Rockingham jail's website states that the tablet aren't connected directly to the internet. They have pre-loaded music and educational apps.
