It was nolle prossed as part of a plea agreement. TJ Sadler will plead guilty to the felony violation of a protective order.
Since he was charged with a felony violation, he has already been convicted of multiple violations of protective orders in the past.
This is not a Brian case, it involves a woman he has been stalking in Fairfax City.
