5x5 Regarding the traffic issue, if you are working 2nd or 3rd shift, traffic won't be a problem for you. Rush hour here pretty much adheres to a 9 to 5 day. While there is traffic all of the time, the time it is really impossible is during your typical morning and evening rush hours.

I drove by it again the other day. There seems to have been a huge capital layout for a restaurant. Margins in the food industry are incredibly small in the first place. I can't imagine how, with the cost to air condition, heat and maintain this facility, this place will stay in business, even if it were good. Some people simply shouldn't be given business loans.
