I certainly would not believe that the school mentioned (Robinson, South County, etc) the "big box schools" are good, they aren't. There is plenty of evidence (check out the US News and World Report Education Guide where they have plummeted off the list), W Springfield was better, seems to have declined over last couple of years, probably leadership issues

Colleges are not going to give credit for honors classes, FCPS cannot write these rules even if they think of themselves as the "global power".
