Yes as the CEO, superintendent is supposed to operationalize the policies that the governing body (school board) sets, but I don't see this at all. This is the most impotent body of nonleaders I have ever seen. As long as we elect PTA types (especially with kids in the system as hostages), who are gravely afraid of conflict, we will be stuck with a CEO who pulls the strings of these limp puppets.
