https://w3.courtlink.lexisnexis.com/cookcounty/Finddock.asp?DocketKey=CABB0L0AACHCG0LD Found the actual Cook County docket. Mmkay, they named both JF Fick and RaceWay 6877. So, complete diversity is dead if you were to try to bring in all the parties. RaceTrac is probably not a Virginia entity, but I bet that JF Fick, Raceway 6877 and I'll bet that "Jeff Wright" are.

I'm still trying to find something definitive on RaceTrac.

So, sever or dismiss JF Fick and proceed with the rest - the issue of RaceTrac/RaceWay being unresolved.

Follow-up: interesting, looks like Racetrac has totally taken itself out of the mid-Atlantic. You'd be hard pressed to find one north of Georgia.

Yep, the individuals (at least some of them) appear to be the founders of Four Loko. So, they're being nailed as being liable owners. JF Fick is apparently a Virginia distributor of the stuff. If I were JF Fick's lawyer, I'd move to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. They're not in Illinois, and have minimal (if any) contacts with Illinois. Classic civil procedure. The other option

Ahh, at least they were smart enough to file in the proper state jurisdiction. I doubt that Phusion products has a legal representative in Virginia. Here's the docket summary. No go on the actual docket as you'd need a person there to get it.... C'est la vie. Source: CIRCUIT COURT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS CASE INFORMATION Case Title: RUPP JOHN v. Where was this suit filed? I'd assume Fairfax Circuit court since I'm gonna bet that the Rupps (in their effort to change the formula) are demanding more than $15,000 in damages. I'll see if I can pull the docket and the complaint.... This should be interesting.

I noticed that Radipphile still hasn't answered my question. He hasn't posted addresses of people like Angie Goff, Sean Lanigan, or Norm Yow. But seems compelled regarding a person who makes a call into WMAL. Interesting indeed.

I actually know Peter - personally. He is a very dynamic and smart guy. Incredibly smart. Not sure what Radiophile's goal was here...

I'd more concerned about the fact that, apparently, your dick is now gone too. Were you attempting to sodomize a fox by chance and the redness is actually bruising?

Somewhere around here is the the animated version of the fishmouth girl - the one with the fist. Probably the funniest image I have ever seen on the Undergound. That or the (I want to say it was Meeper) Michael Jackson "We'll Never Forget" collage. LOL x100

Actually, their prices are extremely competitive. They seem high because Norm doesn't carry a lot of shit brands and doesn't carry 8 balls of malt liquor.

Not a smart move - pissing off customers before the store even opens. I will not shop at the Fresh Market if this no-compete clause remains.

There are different grades of coffee makers. But just as critical as the coffee maker is the person that's making the coffee. If you can't make espresso right or use subpar product, you might as well drink from somebody's sphincter.

It's Frys. And, yeah, Frys is the bomb!!!! Someday they'll get out this way. Similar to how it took forever for Costo and Trader Joes to make it to the east coast. I pray at least.

When I lived out west, I'd often take relatives to this beach area that the seals/seal lions had taken over. They used the beach to give birth to their pups and to let the pups grow. The beach became quite the tourist attraction. Often, you'd see the seals lolling around by the shore break, letting the waves blow them onto the beach and letting the currents pull them back out 10 or 20 yards.

This thread is starting to go the route of the Zumba thread from about 3 years ago. This is not a spam site. If you want free advertising, go spam 4lulz or City-Data. The more that you continue to act like a little twerp and set up fake screen names to justify yourself and to sock your business, the worse it's going to get. Be a bigger person and learn when to shut the fuck up.

I'd knock 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 out immediately. 3 and 9 would probably be the contenders. 7 might look good with the right makeup. But I agree fully on Bob Barker's suggestion. Makes the rest look like cadavers. Now when a woman commits sexual assault, what does that entail?

I was introduced to the Underground via the Redistricting thread and the subsequent newspaper article that appeared in the Fairfax Connection newspaper (or was it the Fairfax Times? Can't remember which local free rag it was). Thought the site was pretty damned funny, and sometimes informative. Of course, the characters were the same/but different then. To answer the question, different services have different rules on OCS. When I was in college in ROTC I had a friend who did not have a ROTC plan but decided to enter AOCS at NAS Pensacola. He was a licensed pilot so he felt that he had a leg up on the other candidates. He was smart, fit and motivated. Unfortunately he washed out because he was not a good swimmer and could not pass the naval
