Officer Kiley encountered a subject, Mr. Abdel Hamid Ouardi, 20, of Center Street in Herndon,
Virginia, who was wanted on a Robbery warrant.
Officer Kiley performed a search of Mr. Ouardi who was found to be in possession of marijuana.
