FYI Circle Towers has 1 bedrooms for $1100 a month and pays utilities (actually , you pay them back based on number of people and apartment size; for a single in a 1 bedroom , thats $80 to $120 a month for gas , heat and electric)
Not the ritziest place in NOVA but totally functional.
