FFx County is a part of the DC area. So any FFx County resident who drives is part of that greater metro area. I am surprised that the balitmorons are down as low as #15. They should be at #5 instead of us.

I think the Dulles Toll Road would cost a lot more than that. Some group offered to give Virginia $1B over the next 50 years in toll revenue. So if someone is willing to pay $20M/year to basically lease it then it is a very costly road to buy I'd imagine.

I'm thinking more on Walney of the people that live right there. If you go 28 N, hang a right on Walney, and make an immediate right, there's a number of housing developments over there. Yeah it piled up during rush times, but for weekends and off-hours those people have to go pretty far out of the way to get to 66W... not so much 66E because getting there via the Parkway interchange is kind of
