I lost 40 pounds on Atkins (210 down to 170). But if you do that you should buy the book and read it before you start so you know the science behind why it works, as well as why "cheating" doesn't fool your body at all.

Good, they are all a road menace and any inconvenience to them is fine by me. They clog the second-from-left lane on I-66 during morning and evening rush either because they are 1) too stupid to realize that for non-HOV vehicles that IS the left lane, or 2) dicks.

Did someone let you into the computer lab again? They really need to watch what people are doing in there, considering the taxes from my job go toward paying for it. Tell the fifth grader next to you he doesn't have to beat you up this time, the lunch money is his.

If you are using a recent version of Firefox there's form spell checking built in... little reason for Cary to spend time on it as a forum module.

You are such an asshole troll... no one here gave the slightest crap about Richmond or even discussed it until you started your tripe describing how Richmond is somehow cultured while NoVA isn't. So of course people are going to respond.

I still have lots of vinyl, just no turntable. I'd get one but then I have to find a spot for it with enough overhead clearance to get the lid open.
