It's very possible. If you pump enough watts thru a transmitter it doesn't matter what freq you are tuned to. The other freqs will bleed over. I have a transmitter and if I crank up the watts you can clearly hear it on all the radios and TV's in my place. I've done it a couple of times with girlfriends. Me last long time. That was years ago. It was fun. I went to some online pharmacy, answered about 20 questions and then they mailed it to me via FedEx. I think was about 100 bucks.
