I did my homework and did a lot of research BEFORE I got my ballot. I didn't have to read it at voting time because I already knew what it concerned and how I was going to vote. Real simple.

Went in South Riding and did paper and in and out in 10 minutes flat. They only had 1 electronic machine and the line was real slow and long. How long does it take to mark half a dozen boxes? I had mine marked in less then 30 seconds. I noticed a good number of people taking what seemed like a crazy long amount of time to complete a very simple ballot.
