This guys is not right. A very good friend of mine grew up with Rick and was a good high school friend of his. When Rick was a Senator they would have lunch once a month and he would come back and tell me about the conversation. UPDATE I did the online survey that CarMax sent me on how they did. I hammered them in a few areas. They called me that day to discuss it. In the discussion it was determined that they did an appraisal on my car as a Subaru Impreza Outback and not the Subaru Legacy Outback that it is.
