Turn him in. Then when the cops give you the money hand it over to an animal shelter. Any guilt you felt from turning the turd in will be gone. If you keep the money for yourself you will always feel guilty. Its not like the kid did a drive by shooting. If he is a juvenile nothing will happen to him anyway. Usually the cops give no more than 10 over. Doing 20 over is a big risk as that can be reckless. Reckless is the same penalty and points as a DUI, that is how bad it is.

My logic is that fat people who claim to be handicapped should never get a scooter. They need to get up and walk, try to burn off that fat. Same for handicapped spaces, they should be as far away as possible from stores. More walking less eating.

I read a review from another website and a guy said he went to the bar and ordered a Crown Royal. It wasnt even in the bottle but on tap. Is this place trying to be the redneck Atlantic City? He also commented on the dealers being inept and screwing up the payoffs. For Gods sake how hard is it to pay off in blackjack. Its even money except for blackjack at 1.5 to 1.

I did some checking and thought maybe if you were playing $400 a hand blackjack they could comp you at some of their better locations like the AC casinos will do with their Vegas locations. But after checking their website, http://www.pngaming.com/main/index.shtml, it appears the other locations are on a par with Charlestown. Hot spots like Toledo Ohio, Sioux City Iowa and Aurora Illinois.
