How about we have a voter's referendum on the legalization of pot and put this issue to rest once and for all. There is an obvious supply and demand economic value for weed. Was watching one of the Spanish channels the other day when a Koons commercial aired. It was her in that raspy voice speaking distinct bland white girl Spanish. DUI on Federal property = Federal courthouse in Alexandria near Eisenhower Ave. Not the same as a State DUI. Cannot refuse test, lower threshold for PC to stop. Jail is possible but doubtful.
