In recent years Fairfax County Parking Enforcment agents have always visited the area near the Field House on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fairfax City is starting to do the same on Santa Clara.

During the week, parking regulations are enforced aggressively. On Weekends, the emphasis is on safety violations and incidents of obvious stupidity. If you park in the Field House lot without a permit during the week, the ticket guys will nail you. On the weekends, nobody cares. Ditto for the other lots. Rappahannock is another story.

I am not obsessed with his accuser. I do think she should be named. She accused him of a loathsome crime, similar to the one I was accused of although I was never charged.
