I did not get kicked out. I left in good standing. I started taking classes at NVCC but never got a degree. GMU has no agreement with NVCC unless a transfer applicant earns a degree. An applicant, however, does not need a degree from NVCC to transfer to GMU.

I don't know about that. I transferred to GMU with barely a 2.0 from Virginia Tech. I did take about 45 hours at NVCC where my GPA was about 3.5. What got me in?
