After a fun filled Saturday watching basketball and consuming an ungodly amount of pizza, chicken wings (with garlic butter), super nachos, and artichoke dip, I decided to spend Sunday eating nothing but vegetables. Sautéed spinach (four pounds raw, which ain't much cooked), steamed broccoli, and grilled asparagus. My tummy is gurgling....this could be epic.
