A whole family of dark, gypsy-looking trash were begging near the shell station/wal-mart in burke last weekend. They then moved across the street so I didn't get a great pic. But they were all standing there waving with huge stupid grins. Kids running around on the side of the road. Great parents! What trash.

Agree they blew it! I woke up, saw the snow and couldn't believe there wasn't a 2 hour delay. I decided I would drive my kid to school, but then I took one look at the road in front of my house and kept her home. No way was I letting her ride on the bus, no plowing done, no salting in clifton.

Saw a pretty big one crossing Fairfax Co Pxwy a few years back, just north of the Braddock Road exit, coming out of the GMU woods on the east side of the road, and heading into the woods/neighborhood towards the west. Only one I've seen in Fairfax. I've heard about people seeing them in the Leesburg area off of Route 7.

I have FIOS and haven't had trouble with OD. One time we accidentally purchased a movie (wife picked SD, then I exited and picked HD), when i got my bill, called Verizon and they removed the duplicate charge, no problem.
