People have the right to walk in low traffic neighborhood roads even if there are no sidewalks. If they are in the way simply steer your car away or nicely tell them to scoot further to the shoulder if they are too close. Okay yeah good school and great location. But here's the thing, the neighborhood homes in Little Run ES, Canterbury ES, and Olde Creek ES also have Woodson has thier default high school. Are more Mantua homes colonial style compared to the other three nearby neighborhoods? Could that be a reason for the large price difference in Mantua homes with similiar sq ft in the other three neighborhoods?

Yes you do need a work permit. Obviously I'm sure some of them are doctors, dentists, orthodontists, and even plastic surgeons. But it can't be all of them. I'm pretty sure the bike riders can go on the sidewalk without worrying about pedestrians. Pedestrians can simply move aside or the biker can do so. The point about uneven surface and glass on the sidewalk is a excellent point. I can definately understand why bikers would choose the road. Alrihgt I think that pretty much wraps it all up.

The only time I feel is acceptable for bicycle riders to be on the road is if there are no sidewalks. But 90% there is a perfect sidewalk for them to ride on. The riders avoid the sidewalk even if there is one available. They endanger themselves, and get in the way for cars. What is it about the sidewalk that makes bicycle riders avoid it?
