What is the best way for parents to hold FCPS' feet to the fire? For example, the recent child molestation (school bus) incident at CES seems to have died out without a real response from FCPS. I have had FIOS for about 6 years. My Triple play bundle is coming up for renewal in January, and I heard that they changed the TV channel tiers again to force everyone up into a higher price bracket. Has anyone seen the "antenna house" on Route 28 just before hitting Old Town? The group of houses that it is a part of look like they've been time-warped from the 50's or 60's. The antennae are huge. Next time I drive by I will snap a pic. Could be HAM radio, or they could be calling Mars. Drew

Thanks to both of you for clarifying, I tried to find these answers through the state and county, but it wasn't clear. So, if permits are required, does someone check that at least the GC has a license? (or in other words, is a license required in order to apply for permits?)
