As long as one is in Virginia, WMATA police follow the laws of the state they're in. I've concealed carry many time between Fairfax and Springfield.

I once actually spent a week with them interviewing for a programming position! The recruiter that was assigned to me was once a porn star herself (see "rising fees and poppin b's" and UCSD for more information) and was a trip. I got to bang her good on the night before I was to leave. Unfortunately, I had to sign some dumb-ass Non Disclosure Agreement with them on information that was freely

What I would be doing ASAP is to not give them a warning and file a civil suit against them immediately. I would charge them with violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act for: 1. Misrepresentation of the alleged debt 2. Attempting to undertake a legal action that they are not entitled to And depending on which state the debt collector resides in, you may want to consider: - Suing him

Panda Cafe Fairfax has some of the largest wings I've ever seen. Papa Johns, Dominoes, and Pizza Hut 'aint got nothing on Panda Cafe's wings. And for less that $7, you can get 8 pieces plus fries... Yelp: http://www.yelp.com/biz/panda-cafe-fairfax Website: http://pandacafefairfax.com

Papa John's offers the Redskins special: $9.99 for a large cheese pizza plus the number of free toppings equal to the number of TD's they make against the latest team played. If the Redskins win, then it's double that number. Example: last year, they played against the Colts. They won the game with four TD's, so the offer was effectively a large pizza with eight free toppings for $9.99, for al

Accepting gift from alcohol makers? Seems pretty legitimate. Especially since they are in the business of Retailing instead of just purely Regulation and Oversight. The legislator in question should read more into this instead of making an assumption that the same level of ethics should apply to all.

The Neo-Liberals and their troglodite women have ruined the workplace already! There was a time as recent as 10 years ago when a male and female office worker could hook up at work and knock boots in the supply closet. Now, a man can't even mention about getting to first base without a dozen women lodging complaints to HR and his supervisor about it!

No, the correct responses are either "Am I being detained" or "Am I free to go?". ALL OTHER responses only invite the cops to twist your words around in a court of law.

Cop at a traffic stop at me: Cop: "Is there anything illegal in your car that I should know about?" Me: "No. Am I free to go, officer?" Cop: "Don't lie to me! I can get a canine dog out here. Now, once again, do you have anything illegal in your car that I should know about?" Me: "NO. AM I FREE TO GO??" Cop: "Why do you ask me that? I asked you if you have anything illegal and you refus

Another neo-liberal talking point: equating gun ownership with stupidity. Only neo-liberals like to resort to ad hominem attacks when they can't argue in an otherwise rational manner.

Anyone can open carry a gun here in Virginia. But the smart gun owners also take advance training .. like classes that deal with weapons retention, situation awareness, and hand-to-hand combat. It would be bold of me to say that I would have survived this assault from this snot-nosed punk, but I know that at a minimum, I would have probably put this kid in the hospital due to a broken wrist or

I recently bought a set of four Hankook Ventus V12 tires from TireRack.com and had them installed. The amount of control (even in downpouring rain) is incredible. With my old tires (OEM Michelin Primacy MXM4), they wore out fast and did not have as much grip in rain-slicked roads as the Hankook does.

I like the site you have. Personally, I come from the old-school though of web development, as I like to actually do HTML using a plain old text editor. Also, I once spent the summer in downtown San Diego. It is refreshing to see that you picked Fairfax to teach teens rather than beach coming Coronado Island on your off time.

I'm not surprised that the photo is taken by a liberal photographer. If they knew about gun safety, then the little girl would have been taught to keep her finger off the trigger until she acquired a target and/or pointed it in a safe direction. As for the ad, looks like more of the same bull: "Think of the Children!"
