She only pays $40 a month because she does not have a job. Her husband pays the rent, bills, etc. Everything is with his name, not hers. They don't own anything because they rent, lease cars, and have all the bank accounts solely in his name. The judgment is against her, not her husband. Only her 'income' is taken into consideration.

Litsa and her husband do not own anything. They rent their house and lease their cars so that the IRS and others cannot attach any liens. I am sure that the lease is not in her name, rather her husband. Remember, she and her husband are experts at skirting around the law.

I unfortunately came upon this accident right after it happened. People rushed to this woman's aid. It took over 15 mins. from the time I called the accident in (I was not the first 911 call either) for the ambulance to arrive. The fire station is less than one mile from the accident scene. This stretch of road is very dangerous; poor lighting and cars traveling well over the speed limit.

It is important that every person who feels strongly that Ms.Mattfeld should be held accountable for her actions write to the Commonwealth Attorney, Ray Morrough and tell him as a taxpayer and a VOTER that you do not want the Commonwealth to 'cut a deal' with Ms. Mattfeld. If enough people write to Mr. Morrough, the Commonwealth will respond accordingly.
