I was in Arlington having breakfast with my then fiancé. We were going to go to Washington DC and were getting ready to head to the Pentagon metro station. I have also noticed that they like to put the slowest cashier at the extress lane yesterday I was at the store purchasing one item, I headed to the express lane (two people ahead of me) and was there for about 10 minutes waiting. The cashier was so extremely slow!!
