Closest thing you're going to find to "action" is Reston Town Center. Its the only concentrated zone for restaurants and bars anywhere in Fairfax County (Fairfax Corner coming a distant second). There is LOTS and LOTS of eye candy there. But you had be prepared to put on a very good show and put out the goods (expensive watch, well dressed, etc.).
