On my way home from work this afternoon, I either stopped or drove by 8 gas stations. None of them had regular gas! I stopped at the last four before I get home and they were all out of regular gas. This tells me it's not finished. "Over the next few months, drivers can expect minor lane closures for median work and punch list items. Final surface paving and striping will take place with warmer temperatures in the spring. The project is scheduled to be complete in July 2015." If there have to be minor lane closures for median and punch list items, then they aren't finished 6 months early

There are a lot of leagues to choose from. SYA (Southwest Youth Association) serving Clifton, Centreville and parts of Fairfax. CYA (Chantilly Youth Association) Serving Chantilly and to some extents Centreville. I'm biased but those two are the best. Also, you have to look at what school these organizations feed into. First off, if you are caught with your smartphone, or any cell phone for that matter, out of your pocket, you will be removed from the polls. They tell you before you walk in what is allowed and what isn't. Also, there are no curtains and they might not be able to see who you're voting for, they can watch and see what you're doing.
