If your dog kills a cat on your property you will not be charged. Our dog killed a cat a few months ago in our enclosed back yard. The neighbor runs a cat rescue however, all the cats are running around free. Our dog is very gentle with people but he will chase down any small animal (other than other dogs). I called the animal shelter when this happened to ask if we could be held responsible

I take my kids to the fountain sometimes. The best time to go is in the late afternoon early evening. I went last Thursday at about 4:00 p.m. There were about 20 kids playing but there were plenty of places to sit and watch.
