I was at the McDonald's at 6219 Rolling Road in Springfield this morning and the person working in the food prep area, a young man, dropped the spatula he was using on the floor. Instead of putting the spatula aside to be washed later, he just picked it up and put in back in the food storage area, obviously intending to use it again. Neither he nor any of the female employees nearby who saw thi

It wasn't a vlog per se, it was a recording of a live stream. I think he took it down because he played clips from other channels as part of his stream and may have gotten a content/copyright warning.

You have to remember that eesh didn't actually fail: he nonsuited, meaning he voluntarily withdrew his lawsuit. He's perfectly free to refile, but he has to do it in a Fairfax County court. Eesh's failing was that he came to court today ready to argue the main portion of his case, but this was just a hearing to settle preliminary matters in preparation for the trial. An analogy would be that e

how did you use eesh's pic? Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > did you make him into a video game character? I don't know how I was supposed to have used his picture. We never got to the point where he gave me a bill of particulars, which would have told me where I was supposed to have done it. I didn't use his picture in a video game, no.

It wasn't dismissed; eesh took a nonsuit when it became obvious that Judge Chucker* was going to rule in my favor on my objection to venue and transfer the case to Fairfax County GDC. Nonsuits are a perfectly valid legal strategy, but you only get one free bite at that apple. In truth, eesh does come out the winner on this one, 'cause I'm down over $500 in legal fees, train tickets, cab rides,

I found the ASCII art captchas annoying as well, so I wrote a user script for the Tampermonkey extension for Google Chrome to automagically enter the captcha for me. You can view the source for the script at https://gist.github.com/chuckhoffmann/7507915174e7ddebec15483d0f0dd572 At the time I wrote it, Tampermonkey only worked with Chrome, but it evidently now works with a whole slew of Web brow
