Technically, the speeding vehicle would forfeit the right of way. However, since the police officer typically wouldn't witness the crash, there has to be some way of proving the speed was unlawful. I also recommend Elden Street pediatrics. I would disagree with taking children to a GP. They are just that...general. They aren't always used to dealing with children and their special needs. I tried this once before we decided on a pediatrician and we were not happy with the results. Our GP is great, just not with children.
