Bad things can and do happen anywhere....but with places like Hagel Circle, the only way to explain it is that some places are just pulsing with negativity and toxic energy. Who knows why? It is what it is. If the place is still there in 50-100 years it will be the same story. All anyone can do is stay away, and not dwell on it too much. Whenever I have to pass by Hagel Circle, I step on the gas.
