KMART in Herndon

Hello all.

I have a question since I just moved here (could not find any info about it).
That KMART & the Shopping Center it is located at - are there any plans to close it and/or remodel/reconstruct it??

I drove by the other day and saw how empty and shabby it was. I was hoping that Herndon had plans to remodel that area and use it for something nice.
I found it to be a waste of land and it didn't seem like anyone was shopping there anyways.

Does anyone know??

I went in there once to see what it was like and it was a shit hole. Just go to big lots next door.
