Police activity at Elder and Ferndale on Wed 7 May at 4:30pm

There was a lot of police activity at Elder and Ferndale this past Wednesday afternoon. At least four cruisers were on the street and one, then two in the area in front of the the townhouses on Elder. An officer was talking with some people sitting on a stoop. No one was visibly in cuffs. Anyone know what was going on?
