Helicopters over Chantilly Highlands

Anyone know why there was helicopters over the Chantilly Highlands area? It started around 3 today and was circling for a good 30-45 minutes.

PNC bank inside the Giant at Franklin Farms shopping center was apparently robbed. FCPD had the dogs out and the helicopter up.
