Elden street closed?

What the hell was going on yesterday! 2/16/06
ALmost all of Elden street was closed. I had to go to Food Lion and I couldn't. I was driving around Herndon for 45 minutes b/c of the horrible traffic!
Anyone know what was going on?

I asked one of the cops there and they said it was some sort of gas leak. It was probably nothing but you know how bored fairfax cops overreact
