Wasn't there some sort of news fairly recently (like within last 12 months) about the park across the street and some sort of land swap or something?
[strangely, I've lived here for more than 20 years and never been down Old Centreville Road past the firehouse nor on the other side of Route 29 - I just now saw on the map that The Wise Ones change the name of the road near Route 29...]

When I worked for Wawa a few years back, there were plans to build one there. Hopefully they are still following through with that, cuz it's like Sheetz but with real, actual food.

In 2010 Bury+Partners prepared a site plan for a Wendy's at that exact location. Don't know for sure if its still a Wendys, but the site grading looks similar to the original plan.
